Large detached house in the Barony of Rialb, located in a privileged place: a hill and his feet, the reservoir with the Pyrenees in the background. Surrounded by spacious gardens not neglect even the smallest detail: a barbecue area and swimming pool with garden furniture and equipped with protected access for children; emporxat a shed; the old era; a small chapel; and securely fenced area around the house.
The house is divided into four levels: On the ground floor there is a living room and a double room with bathroom equipped for the disabled. On the first floor there are two kitchens each with fireplace, a dining room, 5 bedrooms (3 double and 2 twin beds) and three bathrooms. On this floor there is also a room with typical Catalan vault optionally enabled as a room for children. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two beds and a bathroom. And the third and top floor one double bedroom with two beds.
It features a gazebo and 3 km to the reservoir property and property that threshold. In this farm there are many paths arranged ideal for cycling enjoying the dam and its surroundings. Guests also have a garage at the disposal of approximately 110m2
