House located on the outskirts of the village of Golmés, well connected, in a very interesting level of culture monuments (Bellpuig, Balaguer, Lleida capital...)
It is a modern building within a fenced enclosure, has all amenities and a large garden with barbecue area and swimming pool. In the building there is also a vegetable garden and fruit trees.
The accommodation is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there are two double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room with fireplace and porch. On the second floor, there are a large room with lounge also with fireplace, 4 bedrooms (three double and one twin), 2 bathrooms (one in a room and shower) and a kitchen.
