The  calçot  is an onion, white and sweet, cooked in high heat that is the basis of calçotada converted into a gift for the palate, able to satisfy the most demanding gourmets. 

Calçotada is a unique specialty of rural traditional Catalan cuisine. When eating calçots, we will be able to practice the skill of eating with our fingers, apart from being a challenge, it turns out the great joy of eating.
