Great house located in a privileged area surrounded by agricultural fields and where the farm are the main fruit trees. Here you can enjoy peace and tranquility with an ideal environment to come with family or friends.
The house has three floors: the ground floor is the kitchen (microwave, oven, washing machine and refrigerator - freezer), day bathroom with shower and a large dining room with TV . Climbing stone steps to reach the first floor where there are two bedrooms with two beds, a bunk bed for two people and a double room. Complete this floor a bathroom.
And on the top floor you will find a loft - triple room with TV. In this room there is the possibility of mounting two more extra beds (ideal for children)
The house is equipped with sheets and towels and central heating.
On the outside there is a large green space, garden furniture, barbecue and pool.
This house is ideal for making birthday celebrations, weddings, family reunions, conferences...because it has different spaces.
On the one hand there is a hall with a capacity for a maximum of 40 people. In this room there is a kitchen - kitchen fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, coffee ..., bathroom and fireplace. Equipped also with heating.
We also have a large tent with a capacity for 200 people extendable. Next to the tent there is a space with bathrooms for guests. This tent is ideal for celebrations of wedding omunions... If you rent the property to make celebrations are also available in the large garden and pool area.
