Touristic set wine located in the heart of Penedès and surrounded by vineyards. The property is rented to one group and not shared any place.

The total capacity of the house is for 12 people with the possibility of extending it to four additional beds.

The property is distributed in 3 cozy rooms, each of which has two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

One of the rooms is large and has a large living room (40 m2) with fully equipped kitchen assistant, TV and fireplace ideal for making life common across the group.

The outdoor area features a courtyard with outdoor furniture, barbecue area that is ideal for summer evenings to share with friends and/or family. We also find a garden surrounding the pool (6x12 m) and next is the sports area basketball hoop and soccer and a covered porch with ping-pong and table football and chill-out.

 

The property also has a room for small celebrations and a room equipped and prepared for meetings and/or business events (team building) with a separate wifi and catering if needed.
