Typical Catalan country house, dating from 1810 which was reconstructed in its entirety during the 90s and renovated and equipped in 2013. This reconstruction we keep intact the original architectural parts (stone walls, wooden floors and ceilings...)

The house, located on the outskirts of S'agaró, a 10-minute walk from the beach, has two floors. 

On the ground floor  there is a hall of stone that welcomes us in the house, a  living room with sofas, satellite TV, DVDs and music, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. From the kitchen we have access to a courtyard at the back of the house where there is the laundry room and garage.

On this floor, we also find the master bedroom with XXL bed (2 * 2 m), equipped with satellite TV and bathroom luxury in the room. This room has the distinction of having large windows that give direct access to the garden and pool.There is also a toilet.

On the top floor,  there are three double bedrooms (one en suite). One room is designed for children with games and details for them. All rooms are equipped with AACC and tv satellite. 

The house has a great outdoor area with a flowery garden, barbecue, large pool of 5 * 10 m. Jacuzzi with jets, bubbles and waterfall. There are also trees that give us shade ideal for a good time in the garden. Outside there is also a porch built the house ideal for make meals with family or friends. From this we porch overlooking the pool area and garden. 

The whole house is surrounded by walls and dances vegetable deprived of the possibility that children can go outside without control.
