First Day: LLOC D'ORIGEN - CARCASSONNE - EMPURIABRAVA Departure from place of origin towards Carcassonne, fortified medieval town and one of the most beautiful in France. It has 52 towers and more than 3 km of wall, has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will go to this beautiful medieval city and have free time to walk along its busy streets that show you a trip trought the time. Lunch in a village' restaurant. Afternoon free to continue visiting the city. Transfer to the hotel in Empuriabrava. Dinner and overnight.
Second Day: EMPURIABRAVA - COLLIURE - PLACE OF ORIGIN Breakfast and departure to the village of Colliure, located on the French coast and headed for its medieval castle and the lighthouse - church nestled on the beach. Time to go to the streets and bohemian medieval place of inspiration for famous painters and residence in exile of Antonio Machado. We travel freely population on Sunday held its traditional weekly market and if you want you can take a relaxing train ride with audio guide that covers the vines to the top of the mountain from where you contemplate stunning views the red coast (ride not included). Return to the hotel for lunch and return to our place of origin.
