Beautiful rural apartment in the heart of Artesa de Segre, just 2km away from Montsonís, declared "charming village".
Take a walk past the stone arcades into the paved entrance that serves also as a private parking lot.
Up a beautiful flight of stairs, on the first floor is the entrance to the apartment. Welcoming you is a long hallway that walks you all the way to the living room.
On the right hand side, as you follow the hallway, there are two bedrooms. The first one with a walk-in wardrobe. In the bedrooms, large double beds promise you a quiet and restful sleep.
The bathroom has a large rainshower system and an extra electrical heater for the colder months.
In the living-dining room, there is a dining table for up to 8 people and a large comfortable sofa-bed for extra guests. The kitchen is equipped with electric stoves, a microwave and a very good oven, plus a large fridge.
The spacious terrace with outdoor furniture opens up to a picturesque view of the Baldomar mountain range.
The apartment provides a BBQ, AC and ceiling ventilators in each bedroom.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of the reservation will result in the following amounts being withheld:
- € 50 for management fees 24 hours after confirmation.
- 30% of the total reservation when the cancellation is more than 30 days before the date of entry.
- 100% of the total reservation when the cancellation is made less than 30 days from the date of entry.
The above penalties do not apply when the cancellation occurs due to force majeure, duly proven.
